I get a lot of requests from friends and small business owners to review their Facebook brand pages and provide suggestions on how they can increase the number of “likes” and fan engagement overall, so I figured I’d share the audit checklist that I made myself and which I use every time I am asked to perform one of these analyses. It’s not exhaustive by any means, but should be a good start for anyone who wants to evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing efforts on Facebook.
