A little old (written almost five months ago), but nevertheless still relevant and valuable, at least in my opinion:
It’s a guest blog post that I had written for LocalShops1.com, a St. Petersburg, Florida-based network for small businesses and community-minded shoppers, at the end of this summer. None of the tips are revolutionary — they’ve all been discussed at length elsewhere — but I think it’s a fairly insightful compilation of what I’ve learned in the past year or so as far as Facebook fan page management is concerned. It’s a quick read, and should be of value to businesses and non-profit groups looking to cultivate a sustainable presence on Facebook.
